From contemplating divorce all the way to finalizing your settlement, I can help keep you focused on what matters and support you in creating a new relationship with your former spouse. I help people identify new communication strategies as well as help them manage the range of emotions that can often contribute to a lengthy divorce process. I help clients identify the best dispute resolution process to achieve their goals, prioritize interests as well as prepare for difficult conversations such as finances and parenting.

Through my coaching practice I help clients prepare for mediation (and other various dispute resolution models), develop new communication strategies, begin the healing process from the emotional turmoil of separation as well as emotionally prepare to interact with your former spouse on a new level.

In addition to my coaching practice, I assist separating couples with developing developmental and age appropriate parenting plans that are practical and child focussed.

Through our work together you will develop tools and insight which will help you feel more confident as you navigate this process. My hope for all of my clients is that they generate hope for their future and all that it holds.
